- they illustrate reports in newspapers, magazines, websites, radio or television programs, lectures, essays, etc. on the activities or results of Kiel Marine Science (KMS) and
- the authors ar named in the form "first and last name/Kiel Marine Science (KMS) or "first initial and last name/"KMS" (if space is insufficient) for each image. "Cluster of Excellence "The Futre Ocean" may only be shortened to "KMS" if the full name is mentioned at least once.

Other Use
Other than that mentioned,
use of images is excluded. This concerns in particular but not exclusively

- Sale of digital copies of the image data
A change in the metadata (IPTC data) of pictures is not permitted in any case!
